Teleplex Construction Private Limited is located over here in East of Loni Road. Specifically, we are at 842 in the PKT B MIG Flats. It is a residential area mostly, so it stays pretty quiet compared to the main roads of East Delhi. Using a flat as an office makes things feel a bit more relaxed than being in a cold office block. We have got our desks set up and there is always some kind of paperwork or blueprints lying around. Since we do construction, most of our real work happens outdoors at various sites, but this flat is where all the planning happens. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is not acting right, but we manage. Being in a residential block means we see the same neighbors every day and they know who we are. We do not have any flashy signs out front. If you are looking for us, you just look for the block number and then the flat. We deal with a lot of stuff related to building projects and managing the various crews. Sometimes the office is empty because everyone is out in the field, but usually, someone is here to answer the phone or handle the mail. It is a practical setup for us. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while and it suits the way we work. It is not about having a showy office; it is about having a place to sit down and sort out the day.
