Ss Probuild Llp is based over in East Delhi. We are located at Plot-250 in the FIE Industrial Area, which is in the Patparganj and Laxmi Nagar neck of the woods. Our postcode is 110092. Since we are in an industrial area, it’s a lot of trucks and warehouses around us. It’s a very busy, hardworking part of the city. Our office is where we handle all the logistics for our building projects. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a fancy meeting. It’s practical and a bit dusty sometimes because of all the activity nearby. We have been here for a bit and it suits what we do. We have enough space for our team to sit down and get the planning done. Most of our guys are out on the field during the day, so the office can get a bit quiet in the afternoons. We don't have any polished mission statements or big marketing goals. We just take on the work that comes our way and try to do a decent job of it. Being in Patparganj means we are close to a lot of our suppliers, which makes things a lot easier for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever build is currently on the list. It’s a straightforward life for us here in the industrial estate. We try to keep things moving as best as we can every day of the week.
