We are tucked away in office 310 on the third floor of the Chanakya Complex. It’s right there at Subhash Chowk in Laxmi Nagar, which most people know is a pretty crowded and lively spot. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now, and it’s become our second home. Most of the day is spent handling development projects and making sure the paperwork for the local authorities is in order. It’s not the quietest office because of all the traffic outside, but we don't mind the noise much. Our team is small, and we usually have drawings spread out over the desks. There’s always someone coming in or out with site updates. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy like that; we just answer the door ourselves. Sometimes the lift in the complex is a bit slow or out of order, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We handle construction and development work mainly around this part of Delhi. It’s practical stuff that needs a lot of attention to detail. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with a big marketing budget. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure things get finished properly. The walls are a bit plain, and we have folders stacked up everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple setup for a team that prefers to just get the work done without much fuss.
