Our factory is right at 83, Patpar Ganj Indl. Area, which is a loud and busy part of the city. Sri Nagdev Industries Pvt.Ltd. isn't a place for someone who likes quiet. There’s always the thud of machinery or the sound of metal hitting metal coming from our floor. We started here because the location was good for getting materials in and out. The walls are painted a dull color and there are oil stains on the floor, but that’s just what happens in an industrial shop. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever isn't busy at the moment. We spend a lot of our day checking on the machines and making sure the parts we make are coming out the way they should. It’s hot in the summer and the fans don’t do much, but the crew doesn't complain much. We’ve got a small break area where we eat lunch and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. Patpar Ganj is full of businesses like ours, so there is always a lot of traffic on the main road. We just try to stay on top of our production schedule so we don't fall behind. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of attention to detail and some heavy lifting every now and then.
