Panban International

Panban International operates out of Lb-2/2 in the Manu Apartments. It’s in Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, which is mostly residential, so it’s a bit different from being in a big warehouse district. We run things from here because it’s convenient and we’ve lived around this area for a long time. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around a desk, handling phone calls and checking on shipments. The apartment gets a bit tight when we have a lot of samples or boxes arriving all at once. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re up to with all the packages coming in and out, but we just keep to ourselves mostly. We don’t have a showroom or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking coffee and staring at spreadsheets or packing up a courier bag. It’s practical for what we do. We manage international bits and pieces without needing a giant office building. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very relaxed way of working, but we still make sure the work gets done. We’ve been in this spot for several years now and it feels like home more than an office. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
