Our place is at 535 in the Patparganj Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses all lined up. We work with herbal products, so our unit often smells like dried leaves or oils, which is a bit different from the other shops nearby. It’s a practical space. We have the areas for mixing the ingredients and then the lines where things get put into bottles or jars. We aren't some massive corporation with shiny glass walls. Our building is just a regular industrial unit that’s seen plenty of work over the years. We keep the equipment running and the staff busy with the daily orders. Sometimes we run into issues with the supply of certain herbs, so we have to adjust. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’re constantly checking the labels and making sure the seals are on tight. The area can be quite dusty and loud with all the traffic, but inside we try to keep things orderly. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just focus on making the products the way they’ve always been made. The people working here know the routine well. We start early and usually finish up as the sun is going down. It’s just a normal day at the Patparganj site for us, keeping things moving and getting the orders out to our customers on time.
