Prodoc Food Pvt Ltd. is over at 9/9, E Block in the Jr Complex IV. We are located at Mela Ram Farms along Seva Dham Road in Mandoli. It’s a bit of an out-of-the-way spot, which actually works for us. There’s a lot of space around the farms. You can see some greenery, which is nice compared to the middle of the city. The road can get a bit bumpy after the monsoon. We have our setup inside the complex. It’s a functional space where we handle all our food-related work. There are some big tables and storage areas. The air smells a bit different out here in Mandoli. It’s quieter than the main markets. We start our day pretty early when the trucks arrive. Everyone here wears comfortable clothes because the work is hands-on. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from what we’re doing. It’s a very straightforward way of working. The Jr Complex has a few other businesses too. We share the space and keep to ourselves mostly. The Seva Dham Road is the main way in and out. It’s a long stretch but we like it. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows our order. It's just a normal workplace for normal people doing their jobs every single day of the week.
