You can find us at 213 Vardhman Tower, right in the Community Center of Preet Vihar. Being in a trade hub like this means it's always loud and there’s always someone running around. We trade in various goods, mostly bulk items that we source and then sell on to other shops. Our space is small, just enough for a couple of desks and some samples. We spend most of the day on the phone with suppliers or checking on shipments. Preet Vihar is a central spot, so getting around is okay, though parking is a nightmare. We’ve been here a long time. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy to worry about that. We aren't looking to be the next big thing. We just buy what we know and sell it for a fair price. Sometimes a shipment is late and we have to explain that to the buyers. It’s part of the job. We keep a ledger for everything because the computers sometimes freeze up. The air conditioning in the tower is a bit finicky, so we usually have a fan going. It’s a simple operation. We know most of the other traders in the building. We grab snacks from the stalls downstairs. It’s how we’ve always done it. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just do business face to face or over the phone like normal people.
