Spmg Buildwell Private Limited operates out of Arvind Nagar in the Ghonda area of East Delhi. Our address is V-168, sitting on Khasra No. 166/168 in Sh. Bhagat Singh street. It’s a real local spot, far from the polished corporate parks of the city. We’ve been around here for quite a while, working on all kinds of building projects. The office is humble, just a place to store our files and meet up before heading out to various sites. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the nitty-gritty of construction—hiring loaders, checking the quality of bricks, and making sure the measurements are right. It’s noisy and dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the time we head home. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor who had some work done. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Ghonda over the years and have helped build some of the houses you see on these streets. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or transport issues, and it can be frustrating, but we always try to push through. It’s just a group of us who enjoy the process of building something from nothing. We value a hard day's work and the satisfaction of seeing a project through to the finish line, no matter how many hurdles we face along the way.
