Splended Constructions Private Limited

We are located at Property G-80 in Laxmi Nagar, right in the main market. Our office is number 201 on the second floor, which we call S/F sometimes. It's a bit of a climb but it's where we do all our construction planning and meetings. Splended Constructions Private Limited has been around this part of D-92 for some time. Laxmi Nagar is always packed with people, so there's always something happening right outside our window. We handle a lot of the local building stuff. It isn't always easy with the narrow streets and all the materials moving in and out, but we manage. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and uniforms. We have desks, some old files, and a lot of blueprints lying around the place. We spend our days coordinating with workers and checking on sites. It's a lot of phone calls and checking measurements to make sure things are right. People often drop by because they saw our sign in the market. We just tell them what we can do and what we can't. It’s pretty simple really. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build things that stay up. The office gets a bit dusty with all the construction talk, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in the thick of the market because everything we need is just a short walk away. We keep moving.
