You can find SPJ Real Estate and Developers LLP over at 15A in Ram Nagar, which is part of the Extension 4 area in Krishna Nagar. We’ve been working out of this office for a bit now, handling the local real estate market and some development projects. Krishna Nagar is a tight-knit place and the streets can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to them. Our office is a pretty basic setup where we keep our maps and property records. We don't spend all day sitting behind desks though. Most of our work happens out in the neighborhood, looking at plots or checking on building progress. We’re just regular people who know the local area well. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we're a big corporate firm. Usually, there’s a lot of conversation about property prices, construction costs, and the latest regulations. It can be a lot to keep track of, but we’ve got a system that works for us. Sometimes clients drop by for a chat and we just sit down with some tea and go over the details. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it’s how we like it. We deal with the day-to-day problems as they pop up and just try to keep our projects moving forward without too many delays.
