Spj Buildcon Private Limited is located at C-3,Madhu Vihar, in Delhi. If you know this area, you know it can get quite crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. Our office is tucked into one of the buildings here. It is a straightforward setup. We have some tables, some chairs, and a lot of papers. Madhu Vihar has a life of its own. There are shops everywhere, and you can always hear the sound of horns and people talking outside. We’ve spent many long hours here at C-3. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler, which is very important during the summer months. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking on different projects. It gets quite busy, and sometimes we lose track of time. The lighting inside is okay, though we prefer it when the sun is out and we can open the door for some air. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have any big signs or bright lights outside. People usually find us by looking for the C-3 mark. It is a bit of a maze around here if you aren't familiar with the streets. We have a small routine every morning to clear the dust and get things ready for the day. It’s just how we operate. We keep things simple and focus on the day. No big fancy promises here.
