We run Som Nath Merchants And Developers Llp from C 423, Nirman Vihar, right on Vikas Marg. It is a convenient spot for us because we are close to the main road, though it does get quite noisy with all the cars passing by. We have been involved in merchant work and development for quite some time. The office is basically just a place for us to keep our records and meet people when we need to. It isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when we have everyone in at the same time. We don't go in for fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have heard about us from someone else. We try to be practical about everything we do. If a project looks like it’s going to be too much trouble, we’re honest about it. We’ve had our share of ups and downs over the years, just like any other business around here. Some days we are buried in paperwork and other days we are out at sites for hours. We just take it as it comes. It's not a complicated setup, just a few people working hard to make things happen in our corner of the city.
