Siritec Developers Private Limited is located at 112-B on the ground floor of P-1 in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. East Delhi is where we have stayed for quite a while now. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in if they have questions about property or development. We are developers, so our focus is on building things and managing land. It’s a lot of physical work and even more paperwork. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we can spread out maps and plans. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. Mayur Vihar Phase 1 is a busy area, but our little corner is usually alright. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and making sure all the permissions are in order, which can be a slow process. We aren't a huge company with offices everywhere. It’s just us here in this one spot. We take on projects when we can and try to see them through to the end without too many problems. Most people in the area know us by now. We don't use any big words or complicated talk when we deal with people. We just tell them how it is and what can be done. It is not always easy, but we keep showing up and doing what we can to make sure the work gets done properly.
