Silverline Properties And Construction Private Limited is located on the second floor of building number 03, right on the main road in Jagriti Enclave. Being in East Delhi, we are in a very lively area where there is always something happening outside. Our office overlooks the main road, so we get to see the traffic and the local shops all day long. It’s a typical construction and property office with lots of site photos pinned up and rolls of drawings in the corners. The walk up to the second floor is good exercise since we are in and out quite a bit. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, so the office is sometimes quiet and other times very loud when everyone is back at their desks. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a clock and some maps. The space is a bit cramped when the whole team is here, but we manage. We handle the day-to-day work of construction and property management, which involves a lot of phone calls to contractors and clients. It’s practical work, and we don’t use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. The neighborhood is good, and there are some nice places nearby to grab a tea or a samosa during the afternoon break. It’s a grounded, local business through and through.
