Our company is located in the DSIDC Complex in the Patparganj Industrial Area, at unit B-4. This part of Delhi is very busy with all sorts of manufacturing going on. We work on sterling products, which means we deal with a lot of metal and finishing processes. The complex itself is a big hub of activity, and there is always someone moving something on a trolley in the corridors. Our space is divided into a working area and a small corner for administrative tasks. It is not a quiet place. There is always some machine running or someone hammering something out. We have a team of people who know exactly how to handle the materials. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Everything we have is meant to be used for the work. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of what we produce and making sure the orders are ready for the collectors. We have a routine that we follow, starting with a quick check of the machines in the morning. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which is just how it goes in a place like this. We are just regular people trying to do a good job with the products we make. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the work done right every single day at our unit.
