Shivoy Constrctions India Private Limited operates out of a small space in Shakarpur. We are at U-179 on the first floor, specifically the front side. It’s a busy part of the 110092 area. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or looking over site reports. We do construction work, mostly local stuff that keeps the team moving from one place to another. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for filing papers and taking calls. Shakarpur has its own rhythm, and being on the front side of the building helps us see what’s happening on the street. We’ve been here for some time now. Dealing with construction in Delhi means you get used to delays and heat. We just take things one day at a time. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's just quiet paperwork. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us trying to make sure the buildings go up correctly. The neighborhood knows us well enough. We keep our tools and plans organized as best as we can. It’s a practical business. We’re not trying to be the biggest, just trying to do the work that’s assigned to us without too much fuss. Being in East Delhi gives us a good reach to different sites. We often grab lunch at the corner stall before heading back to look at more diagrams. Everything is pretty standard around here.
