You can find us at SHIVESH BUILDERS over in Laxmi Nagar. Our office is in Roots Tower, specifically rooms 407 and 408 in the District Centre. It’s a busy part of East Delhi, and there’s always a lot of energy around here. We’ve been working out of this tower for a good bit now. We handle building projects and construction work, mostly around this side of the city. We aren't fancy people. Our office is full of files, blueprints, and usually a few cups of tea. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure our sites are running the way they should. Laxmi Nagar is known for being crowded, but it’s where all the action is. We like being in the middle of it. Our team is small, so when you call, you’re usually talking to one of the people who actually goes out to the sites. We don't use scripted lines or try to sell you things you don't need. We just look at the plans and see how we can get the building up. Sometimes there are hiccups with the supply chain or local permits, but that’s just part of the job. We've learned to deal with the chaos over the years. We just want to do a decent job and move on to the next one. It’s hard work, but seeing a finished building makes it worth it. If you're in the District Centre, stop by.
