Our office for Shaubhaagyam Home Developers Private Limited is situated in Patpar Ganj, specifically inside the Indra Prastha CGHS at Plot-114, unit I-11. Like many businesses in this part of East Delhi, we are nestled within a residential society. It’s a busy area with a lot of people living and working close together. The society itself has been around for some time, and you can feel that history in the walls. We occupy a small space here where we handle all the management and planning. It’s not a huge corporate floor, just a few rooms where the team sits and gets through the daily grind. We deal with a lot of coordination, so there is always someone talking or a printer running in the background. Finding us can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the layout of Indra Prastha CGHS, but once you find the right block, it’s easy enough. We don't have any flashy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup, or the water cooler needs fixing—it's just normal office life. We aren't doing anything fancy; we’re just here in 110092 doing our bit. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls or bring it from home. It's a very human, very local way of operating, and that's just how we like to keep it.
