Our shop is up on the second floor in Shakarpur, specifically G-69. It's a busy part of Delhi, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to it. We call it Sharda Gallery, and it's mostly just a quiet place where we keep our items. We don't have big glass windows on the street, so you have to know where you're going. People from the neighborhood stop by quite a bit. It’s not a huge space, so things can get a bit cluttered sometimes. We spend the mornings dusting things off and making sure everything is in its place. The lighting isn't the best, but it works for what we need. Sometimes we sit and talk with the neighbors for a while when it's slow. Shakarpur has changed a lot over the years, but we've stayed right here. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. Most of our day is just waiting for people to walk in or handling small requests. It feels like home after being here so long. The floor is a bit worn out in places, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it's our space. We like the local feel of it. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day. We don’t do any big advertising, just rely on folks walking by or hearing about us from their friends. Most afternoons are just quiet and steady.
