Sun Kalpna Art Centre

Sun Kalpna Art Centre has been a part of Lakshmi Nagar for a good while now. We are located at 101, which is easy enough to remember. This neighborhood is always bustling, and the street outside is usually full of people and cars moving in every direction. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot of things into the shelves. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a few people inside at once. We spend a lot of time sorting through supplies and talking to the students who come in from the nearby hostels. Art is one of those things where people always need something specific, so we try to keep a variety of items on hand at Lakshmi Nagar 101. It’s mostly just us doing the daily tasks, cleaning the glass counters and making sure everything is where it should be. The lighting in the shop could be better, but we make it work. It feels like a very local kind of place where neighbors stop in just to say hello even if they don't need anything that day. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. If we have what you need, great, and if not, we usually know who might have it nearby. That’s just how we run things. It’s a practical little spot in a very busy part of town. We are usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping the shop open for whoever stops by.
