Selection Properties

Selection Properties is over at C-17 in Guru Nanak Pura, which is part of the Lakshmi Nagar area. We are located quite close to Udyog Nagar, so it’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with clients. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen how much Lakshmi Nagar has changed over the years. We aren't a big company with a fancy lobby. It's just a few of us who know the local property market well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around the nearby blocks to see what's for sale or rent. We try to keep things grounded and practical. If someone has a question about a flat or a commercial space near Udyog Nagar, we usually have the answer because we spend so much time here. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell people what we know and help them with the paperwork. It can be a lot of work sometimes, especially when things get busy in Guru Nanak Pura. But we enjoy the hustle. We know the streets around C-17 like our own backyard. We’re just local people helping out with property stuff, making sure everything is handled properly without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for a long time.
