We run our property business out of a first-floor space at D 287 and D 288 in New Ashok Nagar. It’s located near Khanna Road, which is a spot most people around here know pretty well. East Delhi is always on the move, and our office is no different. We have been here for a while, handling different property dealings as an LLP. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet with people who are looking to buy or sell. We spend a lot of time walking around the local lanes checking on different plots or buildings. It can be a bit tiring in the summer heat, but it’s part of the job. We don't use much corporate talk here; we prefer just speaking plainly about what is available and what the prices are. Sometimes the files get a bit messy or we forget to restock the tea, but we always make sure the actual property work is handled right. New Ashok Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely become a part of that. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on being reliable and showing up every morning to help folks with their housing and land questions. If you find yourself near Khanna Road, our sign is usually easy enough to spot among the other shops.
