SAVFAB BUILDCON LLP

Savfab Buildcon LLP is located over in East Delhi, specifically in the Kondli area of Gharoli. We’re at 177, LIG, Block A, and you have to walk up to the 4th floor to find us. It’s a bit of a climb, especially in the summer heat, but it keeps us away from the main noise of the street. The office is pretty simple and doesn’t have much in the way of decoration. We focus on building projects and the daily grind that comes with them. There’s usually someone talking loudly into a phone about a delivery or a deadline, and the tea kettle is almost always on. It feels like a neighborhood business because we’ve been in this LIG block for a while and everyone knows the routine. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of site reports. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window for a bit, but we always find a way to finish what we started. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need much formality. It’s a practical place for practical work. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure the sites are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s busy and sometimes a bit chaotic, but it’s how we like to run things here in the city. We just stay focused on getting the jobs done.
