Sanam Exim

Sanam Exim is based right here at 21-B, Pocket-4 in Mayur Vihar. It’s actually a pretty residential-feeling spot, so it’s not like being in a big loud industrial park. We run our export-import business from here, which keeps us pretty busy most of the week. The office isn't very big, so we have to stay organized, or things would get messy really fast. We handle various goods and coordinate with different suppliers. Most of our work involves sitting at the computer or talking to people on the phone. Mayur Vihar is a good area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like the local feel of it. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure everything is handled right. Sometimes shipments get delayed and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out with the customs people or the shipping agents. It can be stressful, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really bother with fancy titles or big speeches. We just want to get the products from point A to point B without any headaches. It’s just a regular business doing regular work every day. We hope to stay in this spot for a long time. It suits us and the way we like to work without too much noise.
