Rareprob Infratech Private Limited is a small outfit running out of Shop No. 03 in Gali No. 02 over in Om Nagar. It’s a local shop, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. Being in a gali means it’s always lively outside, with kids playing or neighbors chatting. Our space is small, but we managed to fit in everything we need to run an infra business. We mostly deal with local construction projects and site management. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and find us looking over some maps or arguing about a material quote. We don't have a big HR team or a PR person. It’s just us. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know how things get done in Om Nagar. The work can be exhausting, especially when you’re dealing with delays or bad weather, but we just keep going. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red. Every day is a bit different, but it usually starts with a coffee and a look at the to-do list. We try to be practical about what we can handle. If a job is too big or doesn't make sense, we say so. It’s about being straightforward with people and keeping the business running smoothly in our little corner of the city. We also spend a lot of time chasing down parts and making sure the labor shows up on time. It can get pretty cramped when everyone is in the shop at once.
