Our office for Rajiv Homz is over in Pandav Nagar at P-Block, specifically at Plot Number 51. We are on the second floor, which we usually just call S/F around here. Pandav Nagar is one of those East Delhi neighborhoods that is always humming with activity. We have been involved in the local housing scene for years, mostly focusing on small-scale residential work. It is a family-style operation where we know almost everyone on our street. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, a couple of filing cabinets for all the property deeds and records, and a small space where we sit down with people to discuss their home needs. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. We just talk to people and try to find out what they are looking for in a house. Most of the folks who come to us are looking for something practical and within their budget. Because we are local, we understand the specific issues that come up with building or buying in this part of Delhi. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, checking on how the masonry is going or if the electricians have finished their work. It is a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the process of seeing a house come together from just a plan on paper to something people can actually live in.
