Rajendra Nirmaan Llp

Rajendra Nirmaan Llp is based in Mayur Vihar Phase I. We are in Flat 175 at Midha Apartment on Plot 7. It’s a residential area, which suits us just fine because it’s not as loud as the city center. We deal with construction and building work, hence the name Nirmaan. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we are an LLP. We spend most of our mornings checking on our various sites around East Delhi and then head back to the apartment office to handle the billing and planning. It’s a lot of juggling, to be honest. Sometimes we forget to answer the phone right away because we’re busy with a contractor, but we always get back to people. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We like being able to talk to our clients directly without five different managers in the way. The neighborhood is good, and most people around here know us by now. We’ve been at this for a few years, learning as we go. We’ve made mistakes, sure, but we always fix them. That’s just how we operate. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build good stuff that people are happy with. It’s simple, really. No need to overcomplicate things with big words when the work speaks for itself.
