We are over at 105 Lakshmi Nagar District Centre, on the first floor of the Pragati Deep Building. It is very close to the V3S Mall, which everyone in this part of town knows, so we just tell people to look for the mall and then walk over. The district centre is a very busy place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We have been in this building for quite a while now. Inside, it’s just a normal office with some desks, chairs, and a lot of files about different properties in the area. We deal with all sorts of people, from young couples looking for their first flat to shop owners wanting a bigger space for their stock. It gets a bit crowded in here sometimes when too many people show up at once, but we manage. Lakshmi Nagar is a hub for everything, and being right here helps us keep track of what’s happening in the local market. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just sit down and have a normal conversation about what they are looking for and what their budget is. Sometimes we can't find exactly what they want, and we tell them that straight. There is no point in wasting anyone's time. We usually stay open until the mall crowds start to thin out. It's a long day, but we like being part of this community.
