It’s a pretty busy part of East Delhi, and the traffic can be a real pain during the peak hours, but we’ve been here for a long time so we are used to it. Our office is just a regular setup where we handle all our building and materials work. We don't have any of those fancy glass walls or modern art; it’s just a few rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. Most of our time is spent talking to vendors and making sure our projects have what they need. We aren't really the type of people to use big corporate words. We just like to get the work done and keep things moving. The second floor gets a decent amount of light, which makes the office a bit more pleasant during the day. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop in for a quick chat or a cup of tea. It’s a very local feel here. We focus on the practical side of building and try to keep our records as organized as possible. New Delhi is a big place, but being in Mayur Vihar makes it feel like we are part of a smaller community. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
