We've been working out of this spot in Chander Vihar for a while now. The office is at A 181, up on the third floor in Mandawali Fazalpur. It’s a busy area and we spend most of our days just handling the usual infrastructure tasks that come our way. We aren't a big flashy firm with a lobby full of plants. Mostly, it’s just us figuring out how to get the next project moving without too many hiccups. Some days the traffic around here is a mess, so we end up staying late to catch up on paperwork. Pyl Paayal Infrastructures Llp started because we knew the area and saw how much work needed doing. We don’t have fancy speeches prepared. If you walk into our place, you'll probably see a few desks covered in blueprints and some half-empty tea cups. It’s just how we operate. We deal with the local sites around Delhi. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we have to spend hours on the phone with suppliers. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. We try to keep things simple and honest. Being based in Fazalpur means we are right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to get to a site quickly. We just do what we do, day in and day out. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets finished. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a lot of work but it feels right to be here.
