Picnic Masti

You can find us at D-13 in the Shakarpur Main Market. If you have ever been to this market, you know how crowded and loud it gets. There are people everywhere and bikes zooming past the shop front. We handle a lot of things related to outings and trips here. The phone is usually ringing with someone asking about prices or dates. It gets a bit chaotic inside when more than two people are talking at once. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. The shelves are mostly full of brochures and notebooks where we write things down. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch until four in the afternoon because it stays so busy. The market atmosphere is great but it can be exhausting by the time we close up. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and trying to make sure everything is ready for the groups going out. It’s a lot of coordination. There is always some construction or a rickshaw blocking the way outside, so getting to the shop can be a bit of a struggle. We’ve been in this part of Shakarpur for a bit and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We just try to do an honest day's work and help people get where they want to go for their picnics. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes all week.
