We are located on the first floor of B 1 on Vikas Marg. If you are looking for us, just find Metro Pillar Number 62 in Shakarpur and we are right there. It’s a busy part of Delhi, but it’s easy to find once you know the pillar number. Bird Travels.Co.In is where we work every day. It’s a simple office. We have a few computers and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their plans. Most of the time, we’re dealing with flight bookings or trying to figure out the best way for someone to get to a wedding in another city. Shakarpur is always moving, and our office is the same. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the metro. People are on their way home and they remember they need to book a ticket, so they pop in. We don’t do anything fancy. We just look at the screens, compare the costs, and print out the papers. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to raise our voices a bit, but that’s just Delhi. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the common problems people face with travel. We try to handle the boring stuff like visa papers or confirming seats so the customers don't have to worry about it. It’s a straightforward job, and we like being right here in the middle of everything on Vikas Marg.
