Heena Tour And Travels is basically just a small office at F-1/115 in Nand Nagri. We have been working from this spot in Delhi for a long time now. If you are familiar with Sundar Nagari, you probably know the area can get quite busy. It is not a big corporate building, just a regular room with some desks, a few chairs, and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow. We spend most of our day answering the phone and trying to get cars organized for people who need to travel. It can get pretty noisy outside with all the street traffic, but we just get on with our work. Usually, there is someone here from early morning until the evening. We handle local trips around the city and sometimes longer journeys if someone asks for it. Dealing with the Delhi roads is just part of the daily routine for us and our drivers. We have a big paper diary on the desk where we write down all the bookings, and it is usually covered in tea stains and notes. We do not have a fancy marketing team or anyone in suits. It is just a few of us making sure things move along as they should. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the internet to work, so we just talk and drink more chai. We focus on the work right in front of us and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in.
