You can find us at F-15 and 16 on Street No 4 in Chandar Nagar. We’re quite close to the Sai Baba Mandir. On Thursdays, the street gets really busy because of the temple, so the noise of bells and people is everywhere. Our office is just a couple of rooms where we manage everything. We do a lot of our work online, but we still have plenty of people walking in from the street. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s mostly local families coming to us. We’ve got a couple of desks pushed together and some old computers. It’s not a corporate environment at all. Sometimes we’re just sitting here drinking chai and talking about the latest travel rules. It’s a lot of manual work, checking and re-checking details. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. People like that they can just walk in and talk to us without an appointment. Being near the mandir gives the place a nice feel. We just focus on getting the bookings done and making sure the paperwork is right. It’s a simple life here in Chandar Nagar, just doing our job one day at a time and watching the neighborhood go by from our front door.
