Pentashiva Infraventures is located up on the eighth floor of the Ansal Vikas Deep building. If you know Laxmi Nagar, you know how busy the District Centre gets during the day. It is always crowded with people and cars everywhere, so getting into the office can be a bit of a chore some mornings. Once you are up in Office 819, it is a bit quieter, but we are still right in the middle of everything. We focus on infrastructure projects, which means we deal with a lot of blueprints, site reports, and government forms. Our team isn’t huge, just a few of us who have been in this industry for a while. The office is usually piled high with folders and rolls of drawings. We spend most of our time coordinating between different contractors and making sure the supplies are getting to where they need to go. Laxmi Nagar is a good spot for us because it is easy for people from East Delhi to find us, even if the parking is a nightmare. We have been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall downstairs by name. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with slick presentations. We just focus on the actual work that needs to be done on the ground. It is about keeping things moving and trying to stay on top of all the different moving parts of an infra project.
