Pawanvijay Propbuild Private Limited is located right near the Nirman Vihar Metro station. Our office is in the basement at A-52. It’s actually a pretty good spot because it stays a bit cooler in the summer than the upper floors, which is a relief in East Delhi. Being so close to the Metro makes it easy for us to get around the city without having to drive in the terrible traffic all the time. Delhi-110092 is a busy area, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. The basement space is mostly filled with files, computers, and maps of the local area. We spend a lot of time looking at property records and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with different projects. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We’re just a small team of people who work in the property and building trade. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood who stop by to ask about a piece of land or a renovation. We try to keep things simple and give people the facts without any fluff. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s just our little corner of Nirman Vihar where we handle our business every day.
