Parasdecore Developers is based out of East Delhi. You can find us at B-184 on the ground floor in Surajmal Vihar. It’s a nice enough area and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in when they need to. We focus on development work, mostly local stuff around this side of the city. We’ve been at this for a bit now. The office is usually filled with blueprints and tea cups. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Running a business in Delhi-110092 means you meet all sorts of people. We handle the practical side of building and planning. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and do what needs doing. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of the weather or getting permissions, but we deal with it as it comes. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation. We like staying local in Surajmal Vihar. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main roads are blocked. We take on various tasks related to property. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal when we’re out on-site, but we’re used to it. We just keep going, day after day, trying to build things that stay standing. It’s a simple life, really, just keeping the business running and looking after the projects we have on our plate. We stay busy and that is enough for us.
