We are located at Shop No 1942 in the DDA Janta Flats area of Dilshad Garden. It’s part of the Guru Teg Bahadur Enclave, and we’re quite close to the GTB Hospital. The shop is small and tucked away among the flats. We spend our days looking at train schedules, flight timings, and trying to book tickets for people in the neighborhood. It’s mostly computer work and a lot of phone calls to find the best routes. The office has a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their prints or confirmations. We’ve got posters of different places on the walls, but they’re getting a bit old now. It can get busy in the evenings when people come back from work and want to plan their trips. Dilshad Garden is a crowded place, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the families living in the Janta Flats. Sometimes the internet goes slow, which makes the booking process take a bit longer than we’d like. We just try to be patient and get the tickets sorted. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to navigate the booking sites. It’s a straightforward job. We take pride in just getting the paperwork right so people can go on their holidays or business trips without any trouble with their tickets. It’s just us here.
