Nnn Infra Estate Llp

Nnn Infra Estate Llp is based out of a ground floor flat in a bungalow, specifically P No 4, Flat No A 1 in Upper Pandav Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential feel here, which we actually like because it’s quieter than the main roads. We work on infrastructure and estate matters. It’s mostly about managing land details and looking into development projects around the area. The office is pretty small, just a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and all the legal files. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on property boundaries. Since we are an LLP, it’s a partnership, so we tend to make decisions over lunch or while having tea at the desk. We don't have those fancy glass walls or a shiny lobby. It’s just a regular flat where we get things done. Pandav Nagar is a decent place to be based, though parking can be a bit of a struggle for visitors. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We don’t really advertise much. Most people who come to us are referred by someone we worked with before. It’s about being reliable and just showing up every day to handle the paperwork and the site visits. Some days are slow with lots of reading, and other days we are out all day long. It’s a simple operation, honestly. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just solid work.
