New Komal Art

Our shop, New Komal Art, is tucked away at Shop No. 35 in Pratap Nagar. We are in the Mayur Vihar Phase 1 area, which is mostly residential and feels a bit more relaxed than the center of the city. We are very close to the Indian Bank, so if you can find the bank, you can find us. It’s a small place where we keep various art supplies and related items. It’s not a big showroom with a lot of staff. Usually, it’s just one or two of us here. The walls are lined with different things we’ve stocked over the months. Sometimes it looks a bit messy because we have a lot of items in such a small space, but we know where everything is kept. We see a lot of local residents and students who need things for their school work or hobbies. We don’t have a fancy website or a mission statement. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to come in. The neighborhood is nice and we know many of our neighbors by their faces. Sometimes we stand outside for a bit of fresh air when the shop is quiet. It’s a quiet kind of business. We just do our daily tasks, count the stock, and help the customers who walk through the door. It’s a decent, simple life running a small shop in Pratap Nagar.
