Nd Buildcon Private Limited is located at T-08-06-02 in the Common Wealth Games Village. This is over in the Laxmi Nagar area, not too far from the Akshardham Temple. You can see the temple from the road when you drive in. It is a bit of a quieter area compared to some of the other parts of Delhi. Our office is where we handle all the building and construction management. We have a lot of files and maps of different projects we are working on. The office doesn't have much in the way of style. It’s just a place with a few desks and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure materials get delivered on time. Sometimes the traffic near Laxmi Nagar makes it hard to get to our site visits, but that is just Delhi for you. We have a small kettle for making coffee and the biscuits are usually kept in a tin on the main table. The team is small, and we mostly know each other's families. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just do buildcon work and try to keep the projects moving. The address is easy to find, and we are usually here from early morning until late evening. It is just a regular office for people who like to see things being built.
