Down in West Vinod Nager, specifically at D 590 in Vigyan Vihar, you’ll find us working away. This is Nazeer Foods Pvt Ltd, though to most of the neighbors, we’re just the place at the corner of the block. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we get things done. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready. There’s a lot of chopping and cleaning that goes on before any customers even show up. West Vinod Nager is a tight-knit kind of place, so we see a lot of the same people every day. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and hope it tastes good. The walls at D 590 have a few marks here and there, and the floor is worn down from all the walking back and forth, but it shows we’ve been busy. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, making the sidewalk a bit crowded. We try to be quick so people can get their food and get home. It’s a bit of a grind, honestly, but it’s what we know. Vigyan Vihar is home for us, and we don't plan on going anywhere else. We just stick to our routine and keep the lights on. It is honest work, and that’s enough for us.
