Navika & Nayan Housing Developers Private Limited is located at Shop No 109 in the Vardhman Master Plaza. This is in the Lsc area of Gazipur. It’s a busy shopping complex, which is good because there are always people around. Our shop is on one of the floors, and it’s a simple space where we handle all our housing development work. We don't have a lot of room, so we have to be careful about where we put our files. There are three of us who are usually here during the day. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and looking over property maps. The plaza can be a bit noisy with all the other shops, but we don't mind the energy. Gazipur is a well-known area, so most people can find Vardhman Master Plaza easily enough. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office design. It’s just a practical place to work. We have a small table for meetings and a few chairs that have seen better days. It’s a straightforward business and we like being in the middle of a local hub. We’ve been at shop 109 for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners. Navika & Nayan is just us working hard to get things done in this little corner of the plaza. We keep it honest and simple.
