Nature-Plus (India) Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 18A in the Neelkanth Apartment complex. Patparganj is a crowded part of Delhi, and I.P. Extension is always buzzing with people going to the market or heading to work. Being in an apartment means we have to be mindful of the other residents living nearby. We don’t make too much noise, and we keep our deliveries as quick as possible so we don't block the hallway. The office itself is basically a converted flat. We have desks where the dining table used to be and shelves full of files along the walls. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which is not a bad thing. We have a balcony where we keep a few plants, though they struggle a bit with the Delhi heat in June. The security gate at Neelkanth is quite strict, so we always have to sign visitors in manually. It can be a bit of a hassle when the delivery boys are in a rush. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small nameplate near the bell. Most of our day is spent answering emails and talking to suppliers on the phone. It is a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep everything running smoothly. We usually order lunch from the dhaba down the street. It is not a glamorous life, but we are happy with our little spot here in Patparganj.
