The office isn't very large but it serves its purpose for the daily grind. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at plans for different sites. It can get a little crowded when everyone is in at once, but that’s just how it goes with a small business. People around here know the complex well enough. We aren't trying to do anything flashy. It is mostly about getting the concrete and steel where it needs to be on time. Every morning we open up, check the mail, and see what the crews are reporting from the field. It’s straightforward work. We don't use those big corporate words because they don't really fit what we do every day. Dealing with local authorities and suppliers takes up most of the afternoon.
