We are located in Trilok Puri, Delhi, specifically at Block No 4, House No 269. It’s a residential area, so we are right in the middle of where people live their lives. Our workspace is part of the house, which makes for a very short commute for some of us but also means it can get a bit loud with the neighborhood sounds. You can hear kids playing outside or the vegetable vendors calling out their prices throughout the day. We’ve set up our desks and storage in a way that uses every bit of available space. It’s not a corporate office park; it’s a real home-based business where things are a bit tight but functional. We handle a lot of paperwork and shipping from this address. Sometimes the mail carrier has a hard time finding the right door because the numbering in this block can be a bit confusing. We’ve lived and worked in Delhi for a long time, so we are used to the pace and the heat. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just open the doors in the morning, check our lists, and start working on whatever orders came in. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of stock, but we make it work. We’ve been here for years and the neighbors are all used to seeing us busy at all hours.
