Mittal Buildcon (India) Llp is located in the I.P. Extension area of Patparganj. We’re in Agarsen Awas, specifically at Y-112, Plot No. 66. It’s a well-known residential pocket in East Delhi, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the construction and buildcon projects we have going on. We aren’t a giant corporation; we’re just a team that knows how to put buildings together. Most of our time is spent on the phone or at the computer, making sure all the pieces of a project are coming together. We deal with the usual headaches like material costs going up or finding reliable labor. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The office is usually cluttered with samples of tiles or bits of hardware. We don't really bother with fancy decorations. We just need a place to work and meet with people occasionally. Patparganj is a good home base for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of East Delhi from here. We take a very hands-on approach to our work. If there’s a problem at a site, one of us is usually there pretty quickly to see what’s going on. We’ve built a life and a business here by just being honest about what we can do and then doing it. It’s basic, hard work, and we’re okay with that. We just take it one project at a time.
