Mhk Developers Private Limited is based in Mandawali, Fazalpur. Our office is on the ground floor at Property No 244/64, Gali No-7, School Block. It’s a very local neighborhood in East Delhi 110092. You have to navigate some narrow lanes to find us, but once you’re here, it’s a friendly place. We do developing and building work. Most of the time we are out on the street checking on progress or talking to the laborers. The ground floor office is convenient for when we have to move heavy folders or equipment in and out. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. We aren't a corporate giant. It’s just us trying to make a living by building houses and shops for people around here. We’ve had some tough times with the weather and price hikes for cement, but we just keep pushing through. My neighbor often stops by for a chat while we are working. That’s the kind of place this is. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People find us by word of mouth or by seeing our boards at construction sites. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of work, but we like seeing a project finished. There is a certain satisfaction in seeing a building go up from nothing. We plan to stay in Mandawali and keep doing exactly what we are doing.
