Metaphor Buildcon Llp

If you’re ever near the Shakarpur metro station, you might see our sign. Metaphor Buildcon Llp is located in the School Block area, specifically on the third floor of S 557. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings with the school kids and people heading to the metro. We’ve been operating from here, handling construction and building projects for a good few years now. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with computers and stacks of paper. We do a lot of the planning here before we head out to the actual sites. Construction in Delhi is never simple because of the regulations and the lack of space, but we manage. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team of people who understand how to put a building together. Sometimes the projects are big, sometimes they’re just small renovations. We don't really mind either way as long as the work is decent. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure things arrive when they should. It’s a lot of coordination. We like being in Shakarpur because it’s central and we can get anywhere in the city pretty fast. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us, focused on the brick and mortar.
